12th man.....

12th Man fever is rampant in Western Washington these days!  We've been *fiddling* with the new Riley Blake holiday pennants this week (pictures soon).  But, it gave us an idea to make a Seahawks banner for the shop.  Yesterday afternoon Diane, Harriet and I pooled our efforts and came up with this in Seahawks blue and green.  Not sure who gets to take it home for the game this Sunday  =)   And then, today, Linda and I were moving some fabric around and I happened to realize that I had the football stripe to make a 60 degree runner.  Wait....I still have the sample in the back room!  Sew, we made a few changes by the bookcase and our Seahawks spirit is up for all to see!  Both of these would be quick and easy to do before game time if you are interested.  The runner would be perfect to put your drinks, chips and snacks on this Sunday.

I finally got most of the holiday *stuff* put away this afternoon.  I even moved the holiday fabric again to a better home.  We're still fine tuning things, but it's starting to look like a new year around here!  Okay....got to go work on a fun project from In the Beginning fabrics called Hoopla.  It's up on the design wall at the shop while I drag parts of it home each evening to make some more progress.  Have a nice evening!
