Well, we made it through the Tri-County Quilt Tour!  It was sew much fun seeing sew many of you.....thanks for making it another great event this year. Diane and I started putting the place back together again today in between customers.  Jan and I will finish up tomorrow hopefully.  What's up next?  Well, the Shop Hop fabric samples arrived last week and I have less than three weeks to get my block sent to In the Beginning Fabrics.  Then it will be time to start making our +/- 2,000 block kits for the big Hop in June.  Speaking of which, the newspapers arrived this morning.  Pop in and get one.

This is a picture of Old Glory.  Sharon will be teaching this as a sampler/technique class beginning in May.  Here's what she has to say about the class: "This is a great technique based workshop for quilters who want to sharpen their skills and be more productive with their quilting time. Join Sharon for 6 Saturdays and you will learn lots of tips and tricks as you progress on this Sampler Flag. Everything you learn in these 6 monthly sessions will carry over into all your future projects: Fast Flying Geese; Power Cutting; Easy Angler Ruler; Paper based ½ and ¼ sq triangles; Pressing tips; Production mode piecing….and much more."  Plus.....you'll have a great sampler flag to show for it!  I don't have it listed on the website yet, but I'll get the retired guy to put it up tonight or tomorrow ~ okay?

All right....need to get some other *stuff* done this evening.  Hope you got a chance to enjoy the beautiful sunny day we had here in the Pacific Northwest today!
